About the Book

What do a tornado, a Christmas gift, a checker game, and a pretty green-eyed girl on a school bus all have in common? All these and many more comprise the stories of Mr. Reeder’s childhood. In Lessons From The Farm, Mr. Reeder and editor Mary Keith have woven together an inspirational story of childhood lessons learned in the simpler days of mid-twentieth century farm life. You will laugh; you will cry; but most importantly, you will learn and be inspired by the stories, the lessons, and the amazing ways God has used them in guiding Mr. Reeder and equipping him to serve where he is today, as the headmaster of Whitesburg Christian Academy. Mr. Reeder often says that experience is the second-best way to learn hard lessons. The best way is to learn from someone else’s experience. You will be entertained and motivated to be a better person from reading this book. Come join Mr. Reeder in Lessons From The Farm.
